What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through hirify.global's existing channel ecosystem, focusing on Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs) and agent partnerships.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, optimizing performance to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.
  • Support partners with enablement, training, and go-to-market strategies for hirify.global's connectivity solutions.
  • Execute tactical channel initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for a seamless partner experience.
  • Own channel revenue targets and pipeline development, including opportunity identification and deal qualification.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations, establishing clear performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive sales experience with minimum 3-5 years in channel sales management, preferably in telecommunications, networking, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of managing successful channel partner relationships and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence partners and collaborate effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency.
  • Understanding of enterprise networking technologies including SD-WAN, MPLS, SASE, and cloud connectivity solutions.
