What you will do

- Use diverse sourcing strategies including advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, and creative outreach
- Act as a candidate’s first introduction to the company, delivering an authentic story about mission and culture
- Track and analyze pipeline data to optimize sourcing approaches
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and hard-to-fill roles
