What you will do

• Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and calibrate profiles accurately
• Use diverse sourcing strategies including advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, and creative outreach
• Act as a candidate’s first introduction to the company, delivering an authentic story about mission and culture
• Track and analyze pipeline data to optimize sourcing approaches
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and hard-to-fill roles
