What you will do

• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onsite visit logistics across multiple roles and departments
• Implement and maintain recruiting process automations, templates, and dashboards to improve efficiency
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to integrate recruiting tools and optimize workflows
• Support hiring managers and talent acquisition teams with training and recruitment coordination
• Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring decisions
• Host candidates during onsite interviews ensuring a professional experience

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Onsite work required in New York or San Francisco
• 2-4 years experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations, preferably in startups or high-growth tech
• Proven experience with ATS platforms and recruiting automation
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from zero to one
• Technical aptitude and project management experience
• Passion for music
