What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Business Development, Marketing).
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Mentor other team members to scale internal recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically scaling GTM teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated top-of-funnel strategies and managing evergreen pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build high-trust relationships.
  • Comfortable with data and using conversion rates to manage expectations and drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and persist until the right hire is made.
  • Experience working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby.
