TL;DR

Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City for on-site work
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
  • Proven success in pipeline building and top of funnel strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and data-driven hiring tactics.

Nice to have

  • Experience building teams from zero and managing evergreen hiring pipelines.
  • Team-oriented mindset and persistence in achieving excellence.
