What you will do
- Partner with sales leaders to provide strategies, run Business Reviews, and coach managers using data-driven insights.
- Streamline and automate sales and Go-To-Market processes to improve productivity and reduce friction.
- Own forecasting cadence, data quality, and define segmentation, quotas, capacity, and scenarios.
- Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and channel mix to maximize ROI.
- Design and collaborate on sales compensation plans, quota attainment modeling, SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Ops/Sales Ops, Business Strategy, or Business Analytics with cross-functional impact.
- Fluency in CRM and BI tools, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with forecasting, segmentation, quota design, capacity, and scenario planning.
- Familiarity with incentive design, accelerators/SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Strong communication skills to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
