What you will do

• Provide technical support to effectively coordinate and resolve all customers’ reported incidents.
• Deliver support for bespoke applications via telephone and email.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills to translate customer incidents into technical and functional terms.
• Ability to apply logical thinking in an engineering capacity, beneficial to have a strong software engineering or computing background.
• Familiarity with incident management and reporting tools, with demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible approach to working shifts including nights and weekends is required.
