TL;DR

Senior Technical Product Support Specialist (Cybersecurity): Providing level III technical support for Bureau Solutions products and representing the service organization in new product development projects. Focus on resolving complex escalated technical issues, managing engineering change orders, and ensuring service readiness for global product launches.

Location: Whiteley, United Kingdom. Ability to travel up to 45% with some international travel expected.

What you will do

  • Provide level III service support to internal and external clients globally.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalated customer complaints.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Field Change Orders (FCO) planning and roll-out.
  • Act as the service team representative for New Product Development Core Teams.
  • Lead service readiness project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams prior to product launch.
  • Analyze service data to drive product enhancements and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with complex electro-mechanical hardware and companion software.
  • Associates or B.S. Degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to travel up to 45% including international trips.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and related software programs.
