What you will do

• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions through design, build, test, and integration activities.
• Lead and manage project delivery including stakeholder engagement and process design.
• Participate in new and existing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Support design workshops and document functional requirements.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and clients to shape optimal solutions.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking with SAP HCM experience.
• At least 5 years of delivery consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record of at least 4 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-performing teams and independently.
