What you will do

• Own Analyst Relations operations including scheduling, systems management, and deliverable coordination.
• Manage project workflows for analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave.
• Develop and maintain project timelines ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain centralized tracking of analyst interactions and support reporting on program metrics.
• Coordinate executive engagement preparation and strategic scheduling.
• Drive event planning and execution for analyst summits and related events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in analyst relations and project/program management.
• Strong operational expertise with workflow and cross-functional collaboration management.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, data science, and technology industries.

Nice to have

• Experience managing evaluation processes or external research submissions.
• Proven success in workflow automation and tool utilization.
• Understanding of analyst landscape (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
