What you will do
- Provide daily coaching and professional development to a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs to grow the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales strategies.

- Track and communicate weekly goals to meet monthly quotas.
- Participate as a key member of Sales Leadership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US or work remotely within US zones.
- 2+ years in sales closing or 1+ year in sales management.
- Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and enabling sales reps.
