What you will do

• Collaborate with product partnerships, architects, and cross-functional teams to align and execute product partnerships
• Maintain active relationships with app ecosystem partners, resolving business and technical issues
• Identify and develop strategic product partnerships to enhance customer offerings
• Communicate market opportunities and partner feedback to inform product roadmap and prioritization
• Manage partnership pipeline, develop business proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Represent hirify.global in external meetings with partner companies

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or an approved remote US state
• 3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management
• Strong product sense and understanding of technical feasibility for integrations
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
