Salary: $114,500 - $157,400 CAD (for Canada-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Provide daily coaching and professional development to a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new BDRs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to execute against monthly quota targets.
  • Become an essential part of Sales Leadership at hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role or 1+ years of experience in sales management.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Strong time management, leadership skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members, including performance management and pipeline management.
  • Background in hiring, training, and enabling sales representatives for success.
  • Strong communication skills for team feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
