Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role or 1+ years of experience in sales management.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Strong time management, leadership skills, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to coach and develop team members, including performance management and pipeline management.
- Background in hiring, training, and enabling sales representatives for success.
- Strong communication skills for team feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
