What you will do

• Lead identity improvement programs across multiple client surfaces including desktop, web, and mobile.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define initiatives, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and compliance for identity telemetry and signals.
• Drive program execution with schedules, milestones, KPIs, and risk management.
• Communicate status and manage stakeholder engagement across global teams.
• Facilitate meetings and decision-making sessions accommodating global time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Preferred 12+ years experience and 8+ years managing complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with authentication and identity systems and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Experience with privacy-by-design principles and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Microsoft’s central identity ecosystem or similar large-scale platforms.
• Understanding of risk-based authentication, device-bound credentials, passkeys/WebAuthn.
• Experience reading or writing code for product demos or documentation.
