What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 11 Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales commitments accurately.
- Develop and improve team selling skills through enablement and solution selling methodologies.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to drive new business.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new hire candidates and manage sales tool licenses.
- Implement sales playbooks connecting data insights to hirify.global solutions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL, United States
- 5+ years of sales management experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience engaging technical and non-technical buyers in Digital Native Startups.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales plans and driving acquisition and expansion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Gap Selling, Sandler, or Challenger.
