Focus on optimizing individual and team performance, managing recruitment, and fostering continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Location: Remote, U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $125,800–$211,600 annually

What you will do

  • Lead a team to generate revenue and deliver on sales goals.
  • Provide consultative sales coaching and foster team development.
  • Prioritize knowledge sharing and innovative sales techniques within the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage recruitment and retention strategies for a successful sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales teams are supported with tools, training, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales management experience specific to B2B products and services.
  • Experience leading a remote team of strategic sales representatives focused on new business and pipeline management.
  • Experience leading teams in applying modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Spin, Meddic).
  • Skilled at removing roadblocks and creatively solving problems supporting the big picture.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and data tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
