- Lead a team to generate revenue and deliver on sales goals.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage recruitment and retention strategies for a successful sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales teams are supported with tools, training, and marketing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales management experience specific to B2B products and services.
- Experience leading a remote team of strategic sales representatives focused on new business and pipeline management.
- Experience leading teams in applying modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Spin, Meddic).
- Skilled at removing roadblocks and creatively solving problems supporting the big picture.
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Solid understanding of CRM and data tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
