What you will do
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers in the low-touch program ensuring smooth transitions.
- Prepare customer materials, conduct check-ins and business reviews, and manage account configurations.
- Manage and execute tasks throughout the customer journey to enhance experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal Network, and Product Operations to resolve client issues.
- Perform operational tasks including CRM updates and customer call reviews to ensure scalability.
- Engage in team discussions, training, and enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States, preferably Eastern or Central time zones.
- 2+ years experience in customer success, preferably in law firms, legal tech, or B2B SaaS for asset management or investment banking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
- Self-starter with adaptability and a growth mindset.
