Salary: $76,800 - $107,200 USD

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding for new customers in the low-touch program ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Prepare customer materials, conduct check-ins and business reviews, and manage account configurations.
  • Manage and execute tasks throughout the customer journey to enhance experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal Network, and Product Operations to resolve client issues.
  • Perform operational tasks including CRM updates and customer call reviews to ensure scalability.
  • Engage in team discussions, training, and enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, preferably Eastern or Central time zones.
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, preferably in law firms, legal tech, or B2B SaaS for asset management or investment banking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and a growth mindset.
