What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients in Geneva.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and tailored engagement campaigns to drive platform adoption.
  • Provide expert support via multiple communication channels and become the main client resource.
  • Analyze usage trends and identify opportunities to align solutions with client goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support renewals and product improvements.
  • Maintain detailed client records and success metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Geneva with hybrid work setup
  • 3+ years of customer success experience in commodities, energy, shipping, or fintech sectors.
  • Experience managing large client portfolios and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and understanding of APIs and data structures.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with programming languages or technical background.
