What you will do
- Grow and manage your individual book of business within existing accounts
- Proactively engage and communicate with customers regularly
- Build strong relationships to identify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts using Salesforce
- Stay informed about market conditions and competitors
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX with in-office presence 4 days per week
- English: Proficient communication skills required
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Extensive IT knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong consultative and communication skills
