What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt hirify.global solutions.
- Qualify customer goals and articulate hirify.global’s capabilities to meet them.
- Assist in sales processes including demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
- Develop custom search applications using hirify.global’s ecosystem tools and frameworks.
- Advocate customer needs and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Support smooth onboarding and transition to post-sales teams.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work option in London, England
- 2-3+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience in software development with frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and/or backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift) technologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple customers.
- Curiosity and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience with high-growth SaaS companies and infrastructure building.
Nice to have
- Background in search industry or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems and analytics/SEO.
