What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales Teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt hirify.global solutions.
• Qualify customer goals and articulate hirify.global’s capabilities to meet them.
• Assist in sales processes including demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications using hirify.global’s ecosystem tools and frameworks.
• Advocate customer needs and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Support smooth onboarding and transition to post-sales teams.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work option in London, England
• 2-3+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in SaaS.
• Experience in software development with frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and/or backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift) technologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple customers.
• Curiosity and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with high-growth SaaS companies and infrastructure building.

Nice to have

• Background in search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and analytics/SEO.
