What you will do

• Lead onboarding sessions and train customers on best practices
• Map customer workflows and recommend smart platform usage
• Build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with Product to share insights and influence roadmap decisions
• Create guides, playbooks, and tutorials to simplify learning
• Run QBRs and track value delivered across accounts
• Proactively prevent churn and drive retention metrics

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU within ±2 hours of CET
• Experience in Customer Success or client-facing SaaS roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with AI tools, automation, and modern workflows
• Proactive problem-solver passionate about customer success
