What you will do
- Lead development and implementation of machine learning and large language models for clinical trial optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply predictive modeling and ensure data accuracy
- Drive AI/ML strategy and oversee data governance for machine learning initiatives
- Provide technical guidance on predictive modeling and algorithms to optimize clinical trial data
- Partner with stakeholders to plan implementation, testing, and training of machine learning models
- Deliver dashboard reports to leadership supporting data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in USA (California locations specified)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Biostatistics, or related scientific field with relevant experience
- Expertise in machine learning techniques and AI model development
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- English: B2 level or higher required
Nice to have
- Experience with web services like Redshift, S3, Spark
- Knowledge of Oracle, JDE, Concur, Salesforce.com
