What you will do

• Ensure customer success by building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to drive migration to AWS Connect platform.
• Lead discovery and ROI building for customer projects.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center designs using AWS and Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor technical teams and manage project delivery quality and timelines.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Colombia for remote work
• Experience with contact center technologies, AWS services, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on scripting/coding skills in Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js.
• Strong communication skills for customer and executive engagement.
• AWS certifications including Cloud Practitioner and Solution Architect.
• English fluency required.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
