What you will do

  • Demonstrate Salesforce and hirify.global's products/assets to customers.
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
  • Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects.
  • Create compelling demos and deliver them to customers, showcasing the power of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and modify Proposals SOW's and create responses to RFP's.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery to develop project scope & estimates and execute the pre-sales process.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably Salesforce and Agentforce or a similar technology.
  • 2 - 3 years in a customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform & architecture.
  • A keen interest in learning rapidly in the AI Space.

Nice to have

  • 2 - 3 years in a consulting role.
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions.
