What you will do

• Develop, improve, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration points.
• Work with AWS for application hosting, storage, and service orchestration.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building applications with Flask.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS).
• Solid understanding of API development and backend architecture.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), or orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of asynchronous frameworks or messaging systems.
• Experience writing automated tests or using testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
