Focus on developing tailored growth plans, managing complex accounts, and leading cross-functional collaboration to accelerate pipeline and forecast accuracy.

What you will do

  • Own and execute tailored expansion strategies for high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Lead outcome-based discussions with executives to position hirify.global as a key enabler for visibility, compliance, and risk management.
  • Build ROI and value models to support expansion deals and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Segment and prioritize accounts with high growth potential and coordinate resources across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams for unified customer strategies.
  • Maintain disciplined execution and forecast accuracy within 10% of target.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management or SaaS Expansion Sales, preferably in IT, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into operational and financial outcomes.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding ARR or revenue growth quotas.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
