• Screen candidates via resume review, interviews, and technical assessments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in Madrid.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and GDPR throughout recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter managing high volume requisitions.
• Technical understanding of programming languages, DevOps, and cloud concepts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with structured interviews and recruiting tools like ATS.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to optimize recruitment processes.
