What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling and coordination.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to understand needs and advise during the process.
• Propose creative action plans to continually identify new talents through sourcing methods, events, and community management.
• Ensure the best Candidate Experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Source passive candidates and engage them from different channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced technology company.
• Comfortable working on diverse positions (sales, customer experience, finance, and marketing).
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• English: Proficient and Italian: Native.
