What you will do

• Prioritize critical hires across multiple countries with TA Leadership and Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Marketing to build proactive talent pipelines for international needs.
• Manage relationships and expectations with global candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Maintain recruitment data integrity and generate key TA metrics reports.
• Identify bottlenecks using data insights and propose solutions for international efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the global TA team.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or HR Operations, with significant international/cross-border recruitment exposure.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Highly organized, proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking mindset.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Direct experience collaborating with Marketing or Employer Branding teams.
