What you will do
- Prioritize critical hires across multiple countries with TA Leadership and Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Marketing to build proactive talent pipelines for international needs.
- Manage relationships and expectations with global candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Maintain recruitment data integrity and generate key TA metrics reports.
- Identify bottlenecks using data insights and propose solutions for international efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the global TA team.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or HR Operations, with significant international/cross-border recruitment exposure.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Highly organized, proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking mindset.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Direct experience collaborating with Marketing or Employer Branding teams.
