What you will do

• Source and screen talent for various roles including Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Conduct CV reviews, initial phone interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain an organized pipeline in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR team on recruitment goals and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English required, additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
• Must be a student or recent graduate eligible for internship agreement.
• Focus on HR, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
