What you will do
- Lead end-to-end senior search processes across all business areas (Offering, GTM, Enablement, hirify.global Embedded).
- Partner with People Partners and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and role requirements.
- Build balanced, high-quality leadership pipelines from scratch through market mapping, research, and personalised outreach.
- Deliver an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring interactions reflect company values.
- Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices and help stakeholders make informed, bias-aware decisions.
- Use data, insights, and market intelligence to guide decisions and align talent strategy with business needs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leadership hiring across Europe, particularly for Lead, Director, and VP level roles.
- Exceptional sourcing and research capabilities, with ability to engage senior passive talent.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity for how leadership, strategy, and organisational design drive company success.
- Experience managing multiple senior searches simultaneously, balancing complexity and confidentiality.
- A data-informed approach to senior leader hiring, thriving on using insights, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in scaling environments, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or product-led companies.
- English: C1+ required for professional communication.

- Fluency with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Google Sheets.
