What you will do

• Source and screen top talent for various roles, including Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Engineering/Tech.
• Conduct CV reviews, initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date candidate pipeline in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
• Work closely with the broader HR team to support recruitment goals and employer brand initiatives.
• Take part in ongoing projects to continuously improve talent attraction and engagement.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (any additional language skills are a plus).
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an international or fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, from talent sourcing to stakeholder management.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with diverse people.
• Naturally curious mindset with a genuine interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring operations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure.
