What you will do
- Maintain meaningful engagement and be the key contact for maritime clients.
- Coach users on hirify.global’s terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integration.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to meet client needs.
- Manage client documentation and projects in Salesforce.
- Support clients daily via email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face interactions.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Houston, United States (hybrid work).
- 5+ years of customer success experience in the maritime industry.
- Experience with B2B customers managing large user bases and ARR.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Empathy and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with APIs is beneficial but not mandatory.
