What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise media and agency accounts to drive usage, value, renewal, and expansion
- Conduct strategic QBRs and campaign reviews tied to performance metrics and business impact
- Mitigate risks and solve problems by turning insights into action quickly
- Partner with Sales to identify and close upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to influence roadmap and address client pain points
- Build workflows aligned with media buying cycles and deepen NYC media relationships through onsite presence and events
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Soho, New York City
- 4-7 years experience in media-focused customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of media KPIs, attribution, and analytics
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
