What you will do
- Provide expert post-sales technical support and guidance to enterprise customers
- Own and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Guide customers through adoption stages of the hirify.global platform
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Travel to customer sites less than 10% of the time
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years post-sales or network engineering experience in networking or software vendor roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong networking and security fundamentals with experience across multiple network vendors
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal candidate located in Eastern US region
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX
- Startup experience
- Knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting languages like Python, bash, and graphql
