What you will do
- Assist Client Success Manager with daily administrative tasks and communication management.
- Manage client-facing inbox and support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze client data and metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and communication strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience through feedback and trend monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in account management, client success, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Must be located in the United States for this fully remote role.
- Healthcare domain experience preferred, especially with health plans.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite.
- Project management skills including planning and execution.
