What you will do

  • Assist Client Success Manager with daily administrative tasks and communication management.
  • Manage client-facing inbox and support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
  • Analyze client data and metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects and communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience through feedback and trend monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in account management, client success, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Must be located in the United States for this fully remote role.
  • Healthcare domain experience preferred, especially with health plans.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite.
  • Project management skills including planning and execution.
