What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with various stakeholders including employees and service providers
• Oversee regulatory compliance and provide legal risk assessments related to DAOs and digital assets
• Support corporate governance activities and provide legal guidance on new business initiatives
• Coordinate with oversight committees to ensure transparency in legal operations
• Collaborate with operations leadership and external counsel to implement governance decisions

Requirements

• Law degree and eligibility to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• 4–6+ years of experience in corporate law, contracts, or regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks and blockchain environments
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate agreements efficiently
• Strong communication skills to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers
• Comfortable operating independently as lead legal authority in a complex regulatory landscape

Nice to have

• Experience with grants, investments, or treasury processes
• Familiarity with decentralized governance and on-chain decision-making
• Experience in distributed or international teams
• Exposure to financial regulation, securities law, or cross-border structuring
