What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor, marketing, SaaS, and partnership contracts.
• Support regulatory and licensing compliance across jurisdictions in collaboration with the Compliance team.
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments related to online gaming, crypto, consumer protection, and data protection.
• Advise business teams on legal risks and propose practical solutions for commercial and operational initiatives.
• Assist with corporate governance, intellectual property management, and liaise with regulatory authorities and external advisors.
• Provide guidance on customer-facing legal matters including disputes and responsible gambling issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to iGaming.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
