Location: Remote with significant travel (minimum 50%) to assigned cities

What you will do

  • Lead and build a high-performance field sales team focused on SMB merchants.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to capture and retain market share in assigned cities.
  • Drive revenue and achieve annual sales quotas through effective team leadership.
  • Use a data-driven mindset to understand KPIs and identify market growth indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Travel minimum of 50% to co-sell with the sales team and perform in-person selling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, experience leading a team of field account executives (preferred).
  • Experience in high transaction volume SaaS application or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of creating a winning sales culture that performs at a high level.
  • Extensive experience in a metrics-driven sales organization.
  • BA/BS Degree.
