What you will do
- Lead and build a high-performance field sales team focused on SMB merchants.
- Develop and execute a business plan to capture and retain market share in assigned cities.
- Drive revenue and achieve annual sales quotas through effective team leadership.
- Use a data-driven mindset to understand KPIs and identify market growth indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Travel minimum of 50% to co-sell with the sales team and perform in-person selling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth company.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, experience leading a team of field account executives (preferred).
- Experience in high transaction volume SaaS application or financial services sales.
- Proven track record of creating a winning sales culture that performs at a high level.
- Extensive experience in a metrics-driven sales organization.
- BA/BS Degree.
