Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team through hiring, coaching, and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to set direction and anticipate scaling challenges.
• Drive iterative execution of the roadmap and establish efficient delivery processes.
• Coach and mentor engineers to support their professional growth.
• Work with other engineering managers to improve organizational effectiveness and foster ownership and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Comfortable with hands-on technical work including code reviews and bug investigation
• Experience with SQL for data analysis
• Customer obsession and product-focused mindset
• Ability to work remotely in a distributed team environment
• English proficiency at least B2 level
