What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for new business across government accounts.
  • Identify and close high-value new business opportunities and manage strategic accounts for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Achieve aggressive revenue targets and contribute to regional growth.
  • Navigate complex public sector procurement processes including tenders and RFPs.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in ministries and agencies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize client value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in SaaS/DaaS/data platform sales to government or energy sectors.
  • Fluent English required; French or German is a plus.
  • Proven hunter-driven sales track record with revenue target achievement.
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and competitive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
