Focus on identifying growth opportunities, churn prevention, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Location: Onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 150+ clients throughout their journey post-implementation.
  • Become an expert in products and services, sharing best practices and consulting customers.
  • Drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy while managing customer accounts and resolving issues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow portfolio revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience.
  • Mentor and onboard new and existing team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong understanding of fintech industry and related products/services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP, Salesforce, Jira, and analytic reporting tools is a plus.
  • Relevant accounting certification or experience preferred (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

Nice to have

  • Experience with ChurnZero, Zendesk, and CSM tools.
  • Previous project management skills or roles.
