What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with 150+ clients throughout their journey post-implementation.
- Become an expert in products and services, sharing best practices and consulting customers.
- Drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy while managing customer accounts and resolving issues.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow portfolio revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience.
- Mentor and onboard new and existing team members.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech.
- Strong understanding of fintech industry and related products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, Salesforce, Jira, and analytic reporting tools is a plus.
- Relevant accounting certification or experience preferred (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Nice to have
- Experience with ChurnZero, Zendesk, and CSM tools.
- Previous project management skills or roles.
