What you will do

• Take full ownership of the EMI product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Lead the launch and expansion of EMI product offerings based on market needs and strategic goals.
• Own and drive the full EMI product strategy end-to-end, including market fit, unit economics, regulatory context, and commercial goals.
• Form and lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, and operations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with banks, card schemes, and payment networks.
• Work in close collaboration with the CEO and the Board on progress, challenges, and financial performance to scale the team and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven track record in building and scaling financial services products (preferably EMI, PI, or banking products).
• Deep understanding of the European fintech regulatory landscape.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
