Head of SME Growth (Fintech): Driving client acquisition and activation for the SME segment to reach a £15bn AuA target with an accent on commercial strategy and squad-level execution. Focus on building the growth playbook, managing P&L, and aligning product thinking with commercial outcomes.

What you will do

• Lead the SME Tribe across acquisition and activation squads to drive high performance and scale.
• Own the commercial strategy and OKRs, translating growth ambitions into measurable squad-level outcomes.
• Manage the tribe roadmap, ensuring priorities are well-sequenced and dependencies are resolved.
• Provide operational leadership to Squad Leads and foster a culture of accountability and pace.
• Collaborate with CGO, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align the SME proposition with company-wide priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading squads or agile product/commercial teams in a digital environment.
• Direct SME or B2B commercial experience with P&L ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record of translating ambitious growth targets into executable strategies.
• Strong analytical instincts to diagnose growth constraints and track performance.
• Background in a scaled digital product or fintech environment.
