What you will do

• Lead Workday and HRIS system projects from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PIPL, GDPR) in HR systems.
• Drive system adoption through effective communication and training programs.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot daily system inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS or similar role in HR or HCM domain.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and functions with hands-on experience in Workday or similar SaaS systems.
• Experience with AI in HR or AI in Workday.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
