Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in analytics, finance, marketing measurement, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; MBA or MS is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R is a plus.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus.
• Experience with big data technologies like Snowflake and Athena is a plus.
• Hybrid work model requiring onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office.
