What you will do

Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, focusing on customer experience, sustainability, and organizational change.
Design organizational models, optimize processes, and enhance customer journeys.
Support clients in accelerating net-zero transformations and improving operational efficiency.
Develop commercial proposals, point of views, and other consulting value chain documents.
Apply project management activities within transformation projects.

Requirements

Experience in digital transformation projects, organizational design, process optimization, and customer experience.
Proven practice in developing commercial proposals and consulting documents.
Understanding of project management activities.
Degree in Management, Economics, or similar.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Nice to have

Understanding or interest in Energy, Telco, Consumer Products Retail, Healthcare, or Financial Services industries.
Past or proven experience in Management Consulting in a top-tier firm.
