What you will do

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define business goals and technical requirements.
• Drive requirements gathering and analysis across multiple implementation projects.
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures for system integrations.
• Support projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Configure technical aspects of implementations and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Assist in proposal preparation and contribute to customer presentations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in solution design, application architecture, and infrastructure planning.
• Experience with technical software implementations for enterprise-level customers.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with international teams across time zones.
• Availability for occasional travel to visit clients.
