What you will do

• Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and benefits in Armenia.
• Ensure compliance with Armenian labor law and alignment with global HR strategy.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Serve as main HR contact locally and globally, handling HR administration and employee support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and reporting using HR software.
• Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure consistent processes.

Requirements

• Must have 3–5 years experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in Armenia.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian labor law, payroll, and local employment practices.
• Fluency in Armenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software and working with local authorities.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT or technology company is a plus.
