What you will do

• Train and tune machine learning models.
• Explore data and conduct feature engineering.
• Apply natural language processing to understand text and aid in conversational interfaces.
• Build optimal algorithms with LLMs and retrieval augmented generation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI software engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize production models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, typically coding in Python.
• Demonstrated ability to select and implement ML algorithms and shape data into useful input features.
• Proficiency with NLP, text processing, LLMs / generative models, and conversational UX.
• Expertise designing and building deep learning architectures and models.
• Skill working with data sources of various types using tools such as SQL, pandas, Spark.
• Ability to work well independently and with colleagues, using cloud-based tooling, git, and ML workflows.
