Location: This role is open to candidates based in or near Austin, TX.

Salary: $124,950–$138,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the RevLAB Partner Learning Framework, covering onboarding to advanced accreditation stages.
  • Develop partner welcome kits, lead onboarding sessions, and coordinate ILT/VILT bootcamps for new partners.
  • Create on-demand and instructor-led certifications (sales and technical) in collaboration with SMEs and Product Marketing.
  • Guide partners in creating 12-month success plans and collaborate with Partner Success Managers to measure progress against KPIs.
  • Manage the enablement content lifecycle, ensuring assets like welcome decks, certification materials, and playbooks are maintained.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, and Operations for unified execution.
  • Maintain the master calendar for courses, track participation, and analyze learner progress across all RevLAB stages.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success in designing and executing global enablement strategies for channel partners or B2B ecosystems.
  • Experience managing learning management systems (LMS) and enablement tools (e.g., Skilljar, Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic).
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel go-to-market models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, learning strategy, and enablement content creation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset, skilled in defining KPIs, analyzing enablement impact, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adept at virtual facilitation and adult learning best practices.
